The desk clerk acted as though we were annoying her, while two other clerks were happy and busy checking in every Diamond Club member who came to the desk.
Upon arriving back at the hotel we were again told that our rooms were not ready and that they didn't know when they would have rooms available.
We called about 1:30 and asked when our rooms would be available and were told to come back at 2:30. We left and went to visit another attraction in Bossier City. When questioning when we could check-in we were told that they didn't have a time and that we would just have to come back. Upon arriving we were told that early check-in was not guaranteed and that our rooms were not ready yet (requested 2 rooms on same floor). Prior to arriving at hotel we contacted them about check-in time and we told we could have early check-in at noon. We booked two rooms for my wife, myself and another family member.
